YA Books I Wish Had a Sequel

I know what many people are thinking about sequels — they are never as good as the original. While that sentiment may sometimes hold true, some sequels are still pretty darn good. But there are some stand alones that I wish had sequels. Here are just a few.

1. The Fault in our stars

You know what? Never mind on this one. John Green would probably just make me cry again,but I can't help myself. I had to add this. I have to admit that, yes, I was highly satisfied with the ending of this standalone, but still. I want to know what happens to Hazel after the ending. Will she be okay after that heartbreaking, heart wrenching, heart shattering ending? We will never know. 

2. Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell

Come on, that ending. THAT ENDING!!!!!!

3. My life next door

Ok, fine. I know this one is technically cheating. I found out that there will be a sequel in 2015, but it isn't completely about Jace and Samantha. It just isn't fair. I want more Jace and Samantha.

4. Beauty Queen by Libba Bray

I loved this book. It was hilarious and down right amazing. I know it has an epilogue, but I want more. In all fairness, I know this book would be hard to write a sequel for, but that does not stop me from wanting more.

I know there are so many more books I should have added to this list (but I didn't).I am sorry. I am ashamed of myself. The thing was that list was way too long. But don't forget to leave a comment below.
